Budgeting App ("we", "us") provides a personal finance application that lets you track spending, income, budgets, pockets, net worth, and investments. These Terms govern your access to and use of the service.

2. Accepting these Terms
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use Budgeting App. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. The service is a tool, not financial advice
Budgeting App helps you organise your own financial information. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the app constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that data so we can operate the service for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, and you can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, disrupting or reverse-engineering the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.
7. Fees and paid features
The core service is currently available at no charge. If we introduce paid features, we will present the price and terms before you subscribe, and you will never be charged without your explicit consent.
8. Availability and warranty
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important information.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any financial decisions you make based on the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if required by law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will post the new version here and update the date above, and we will notify you of material changes before they take effect.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of France. Where mandatory consumer-protection rules apply, they are not affected. Disputes are subject to the competent French courts.
